BCW is looking for a talented Account Manager to join their successful Healthcare practice.

The recruited Account Manager will be responsible for leading implementation across two-three key global accounts, be an integral team member for new business pitches, and will play an active role in the day to day management of broader practice operational activities.

A commitment and ability to drive project and client management, be a primary relationship holder with key stakeholders and media, be confident in digital communications and social media, ensure streamlined account structure and profitability and coach junior team members will be essential to the role.

Equally as important is an ambitious and fun spirit with a strong desire to work as part of a talented and dynamic team, contributing to the continued success of the practice.

Requirements

Ideally the successful candidate will already be working at Account Manager level, however outstanding Senior Account Executives ready to take the next step in their career will also be positively received.

It is essential that all applicants have experience in agency employment and bring a passion for health communications. Candidates who also have broader experience within the healthcare sector will also be considered.

Candidates should ideally be educated to degree level; a science background is useful however not essential.
