The Job in brief

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly talented social media and influencer engagement specialist to help expand BCW’s influencer marketing efforts in the UK. This is a specialist role within BCW’s London Hub team - which encompasses digital, creative and strategy specialisms –designed to deliver innovative, integrated programmes across all practices - consumer, public affairs, corporate and crisis management, technology, healthcare and research.

Influencer engagement is rapidly becoming one of BCW’s core offerings, with a current portfolio that spans Consumer, Corporate and Healthcare clients. BCW uses a proprietary framework and methodology that incorporates processes around identification/ evaluation through the engagement and activation. The chosen candidate will be key in championing this methodology both internally, through upskilling of internal staff across the various practices, as well as externally through helping account teams upsell and activate. While experience with influencer activation is key, a critical component of the role relates to strategy formulation and demonstrating ROI for clients as an antithesis of a ‘cookie cutter’ approach.

We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates a true entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives on business development and is passionate about being considered an exceptional client counsellor. We are seeking a digital influencer evangelist and practitioner who has their finger on the pulse of the most impactful campaigns and best practices within the influencer world. In parallel, they will require the passion and empathy to be at the forefront of the agency’s on-going digital transformation, supporting colleagues and clients alike who are taking their first steps into the digital space.
