Requirements

The role requires a person who is strong in all of the areas listed below and has a minimum of 10 to 15 years’ relevant management experience.

The process

Step 1 – If you believe you meet the criteria and you would like to “move people”, then submit your CV to [email protected] (deadline for submissions is Friday 20th September 2019)

Step 2 – First round shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a panel interview (made up of executives from BCW Europe & Africa) which will include a presentation by each candidate on a client-related project, to be advised once the shortlist is finalised. These interviews will be scheduled for Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th October 2019.

Step 3 – Final shortlisted candidates will be invited to a second panel interview and required to present on a business-related topic to the senior leadership team at BCW Europe & Africa. Final interviews are scheduled to take place between Wednesday 30th October and Friday the 1st November 2019.
